Goals:
The Network's goals are to assist, educate, and
advocate with adults who learn differently in order for them to achieve and
maintain a better quality of life at home, work, school and in society.
Objectives:
The Network's goal can be obtained by the Network's objective of building a
network support system that would create positive changes and empower adults
that learn differently in all aspects of their lives.
Mission
:
The Network was established to create a peer-to-peer support system that will
aid individuals in coping with the psychological and emotional issues that arise
from learning differently.
Vision:
LDNS envisions a national network of individuals and agencies working
together, developing public awareness programs and research projects to help
decrease the stigma society places on those who learn differently.
